Hotel Admiral
>From the airport: get off airport buss at "Fisketorget" (Fish Market), walk 350 meters along Strandkaien to C. Sundts gate 9.

Hotel Bristol
>From the airport: get off airport buss at "SAS Hotel Norge", walk across Torgallmenningen square.

   
"Budget" Bergen
Bergen (and Norway) is shockingly expensive for foreigners.

Food
Italian: Pastasentralen (Vestre Torggaten 5-7)
Thai:  Kroathai (Nygårdsgaten 29)
Indian: There are two ok Indian restaurants in Marken (pedestrian district)
Norwegian: Naboen (the pub downstairs) (Sigurdsgate 4) and Pingvinen (Vaskerelven 14) have great and fairly reasonable Scandinavian/Norwegian food
